Standard Shipping Costs: $9.95 per order 
Orders over $100 ship free 

Orders shipping to Canada are dispatched from our US warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing. You may notice a delay between receiving your tracking number and seeing active tracking updates with FedEx.

Shipping

Speed, convenience, and reliability are at the forefront of every CYBEX order. All shipments are handled by FedEx and require a valid physical street address. Delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses is not available at this time. Please be aware that certain remote postal codes may fall outside of FedEx service areas and may be subject to shipping limitations. 

 

Shipping Costs

Delivery timelines may be slightly extended as orders are dispatched from the US warehouse to Canada. A brief delay between your shipping confirmation and initial tracking activity within the FedEx network is expected. 

Orders over $100 ship free 

 

Delivery Planning

While convenience is essential, safeguarding your order remains our priority. Please ensure the delivery location has an adult available to assist with packages up to 35 pounds. Deliveries are available to both residential and business addresses. 

 

Delivery of your Order

Once your package is picked up at our warehouse by FedEx, you will receive shipping confirmation by email with your FedEx tracking number. You may also log into your CYBEX customer account to view these details. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking updates to appear within the FedEx network, especially during busy periods. 

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are brand new and in their original packaging. 

Please note that we do not offer the ability to directly exchange. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product. 

The CYBEX Online Shop can only accept returns for items purchased through our CYBEX online store. For products bought through other retailers or websites, please contact the original place of purchase. Items purchased online cannot be returned to retail locations or other online stores. 

 

Returning a product

If you wish to return a product, you can request a return label from our CYBEX online shop through our Order Status page. Once you are there, please follow these steps: 

  1. Visit our Order Status Page

  1. Enter your order details 

  1. Select the items you wish to return 

  1. Follow the guided steps to generate your return label 

Important:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and packaging.
  • Attach a separate return label to each box. If multiple labels are provided, any label may be used on any box
  • Please drop off your package(s) at a FedEx location within 7 days of creating your return label

Returns are typically processed within 14 business days after they are delivered to our warehouse. Once your return has been inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email with the items we received and the amount you will be refunded. Returns showing signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Refund

Once your refund has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued and may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Important:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
